Terms of Service — Scrapeify

1. Who you are dealing with

Scrapeify is operated by MT Ecommerce FZE, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What Scrapeify is

Scrapeify monitors publicly available Shopify store product feeds and alerts you to new product drops from stores you choose to watch. It also provides rough cost estimates and a way to draft supplier contact messages. It does not source products for you, negotiate with suppliers on your behalf, or guarantee any commercial outcome.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts have a limit on the number of stores that can be watched (50 by default), with a separate cap of 20 on stores rated "A" (our fastest-polled tier) — these limits exist to keep the service fast and fair for everyone, and may change.
• We may suspend or disable an account that abuses the service, including (but not limited to) attempting to bypass rate limits, misusing supplier contact features, or interfering with other users' use of the service.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. When you do, we delete the personal data associated with it (see the Privacy Policy for details).

4. Cost estimates are not quotes

Any cost figures shown in the app ("rough estimate") are indicative only, based on general product category, and are not sourced from any actual supplier. They should not be relied on for pricing, purchasing, or business decisions without independent verification. Use "Get exact quote" to contact a real supplier for an actual price.

5. Supplier contact features

Scrapeify can draft a WhatsApp message on your behalf and open it in your own WhatsApp app for you to review and send. We do not send this message for you — you choose whether to send it, and any resulting conversation, agreement, transaction, or dispute is between you and the supplier alone. We are not a party to it, do not vouch for any supplier's reliability, and are not responsible for the outcome of any contact you make.

Fair use. Supplier contacts are a limited, shared resource. You agree not to send requests you have no genuine intention of following up on. We may limit how many requests you can send in a given period, and may suspend your access to supplier contact features (without necessarily affecting the rest of your account) if we determine you are wasting a supplier's time.

6. Data from monitored stores

Scrapeify accesses publicly available product information (products.json and similar public feeds) from stores you choose to watch. We identify our requests honestly and aim to be a well-behaved, rate-limited visitor to any store we access. 7. Your data

We only hold the information you enter into the app, we only hold it for as long as your account exists, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• That any store will be checked at any particular frequency (poll timing depends on your rating tier and current system load, and may occasionally fall behind published targets under heavy use).
• The accuracy of any estimate, insight, or revenue figure shown in the app — these are automated estimates, not audited figures.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or disputes with third-party suppliers contacted through the app. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, including the fair-use provisions in Section 5.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
